Qualification Standards 

• Applicant's monthly household net income must exceed three times the rent  All income must be from a verifiable source

• Applicants may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.

• Applicants must have the entire security deposit available to start the lease agreement.

• Property can only be reserved for 2 weeks after receiving security deposit

A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18.  There is an application fee per applicant over 18.

Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
